Katniss Everdeen Costume: Help, please!
I'm doing the girl on fire Halloween costume, yaknow, the one Katniss wore during the chariots? I'm going to enter a costume contest, too.
My Halloween costume is based off of the book.
I need help on how to add the flames. So far for the costume, I have a black cape with a hood, but I don't know how to add flames and make it glow (I can sew, if that helps).
